Finally dropped by National Bookstore and bought fountain pen cartridge refills for my Muji fountain pen. They had Inoxicrom cartridges in black and blue in boxes of 6s. Only P37.50 per box - a good deal compared to buying disposable ball points each time. 

I road tested and the Muji is working again. Yahooo!
